What is ECO4 Funding?
ECO4 is a groundbreaking government energy-efficiency scheme designed to combat fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions throughout Great Britain.
The scheme places an obligation on energy companies to deliver energy efficiency measures to domestic premises.
